JuristPanel with Law Firm Advertising Law and the Swedish Anti-Corruption Institute
The new penal provisions on bribery have been applied since 2012. Jurists Panel's expert Lena Seratelius from the law firm Advertising Law and Helena Sundén, Secretary General of the Institute against Bribery, went through the regulatory framework.
