Helena Sundén has been managing IMM since early 2013.

–Helena Sundén has done an excellent job as Secretary-General of the Swedish Anti-Corruption Institute, not least for highlighting the Code on Gifts, Rewards and other Benefits (the Code of Business Conduct). The fact that Helena has been recruited to such a large company, with significant international businesses, is as a confirmation of the increasing awareness of the importance of these matters in the business world, says Fredrik Wersäll, Chairman of the IMM Board, in a press release August 30th.

The Swedish Anti-Corruption Institute (IMM) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1923 with the mission to promote ethical decision processes within businesses as well as within the rest of the community and to prevent the use of bribes and other types of corruption as a gain for affecting decision processes.

The IMM principals are; the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, the Swedish Trade Federation, the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SALAR) and the Research-based pharmaceutical industry (LIF).
