Unlimited company liability?

The Swedish Anti-corruption Institute and Transparency International organized a well-attended seminar on the the topic of“Swedish companies’ liability in corruption cases”.

The panel at the seminar consisted of representatives from the Ministry of Justice, the Swedish Prosecutors, SPP Storebrand, Vinge law firm and Vattenfall. The seminar was moderated by the IMM secretary-general Helena Sundén.
